What you eat matters – Shaun Waso

Not only did I survive 2020, but I rolled into 2021 with a little more of me than is necessary – if you get my meaning.
OK so I was one of those enthusiasts who made (and ate) too much sour dough bread; baked rusks and muffins, and brewed pineapple beer. It was all loads of fun and I don’t regret it. However, it is time to get back into my favourite clothes.
After talking to Shaun Waso about his “16 Hours for Life” 12-week program – I am signing up as a willing contender to explore a different approach to eating. It is a keto approach and introduces you to interval fasting (IF). I have heard great things about how IF helps regulate hormones so I am doubly keen – with menopause knocking on my door.
