Join Zsofi and Teresa on a journey of discovery
Zsofi Fouche is a Transpersonal Coach and communication specialist who has provided others with support and guidance in the metaphysical field for over 15 years. She works with the human pin code and family constellations, and is a trauma regression therapist and an empath. Having followed the path of the wounded healer, Zsofi provides inspiration and holds the space for others to find joy and peace in their lives.
Teresa Rubé is a Somatic Movement Therapist and yoga teacher. Grounded in Hatha Yoga, her teaching has evolved to a more somatic approach. “In my class, you are invited to be curious, to explore movement and breathwork that takes care of you. As you rediscover the innate wisdom of your body, you can find your way back to wholeness.
Teresa owns Three Little Birds Healing Centre in Durbanville, a place for healing body, mind and soul.

Our retreat starts on Friday 13 September at 6pm.
Arrival from 4:30pm.
It ends on Sunday 15 September at 3pm.
To maintain the energy of the circle, we ask that you do not plan on leaving before the official closing.
Investment options
The retreat has limited occupancy, so a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due by 28 August 2024.
