A beautiful 3 day program, where you will learn practical tools and techniques to be skillfully peaceful and sustainably happy.
At the heart of the Happiness Program is a series of yogic breathing techniques, including the Sudarshan Kriya, which reduces stress and raises energy, bringing one back to a clear and positive mind!
Also, we share insights into understanding the nature of the mind, this gives us a greater perspective on life, enabling us to create SPACE between ourselves and the things that cause us frustration, impatience, worry …We can all use some of that, right!?
