Introduction to Kundalini Yoga

“Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic system including postures, breathing exercises, chanting, relaxation and meditation – a multilayered process of health and healing. The sets are called Kriyas and often focus on achieving a particular result such as helping a specific organ, body system, gland, chakra, clearing negative emotions, stabilising the mind, balancing energy in the body and many more. Kundalini Yoga provides the technology to understand and expand yourself on many levels. It helps you align with your own inner expert, effectively and quickly. The practise is intended as a way to maintain good health, increase awareness of one’s own lived experience, while expanding your intuition about your body and your experiences as a human being.
