Set the tone of your week with a Slow Flow Yoga Class

Slow Flow Yoga is where Hatha Yoga meets Vinyasa yoga and is then gently melded together with the soft brush strokes of Somatic Yoga.

What can you expect in a Slow Flow Yoga class at Three Little Birds Healing Centre?

A compassionate teacher guiding you through:

  • 15 min grounding and warm up
  • 30 min slow yoga flow — weaving simple yoga postures together, exploring each pose for three to four breaths before mindfully transitioning to the next.
  • 15 min introspective restorative poses
  • 10 min Yoga Nidra (meditation-optionally snuggled under a blanket)
