Let’s talk about nutrition and nourishment – Shaun Waso

Would you like your eating habits to nourish your body and serve your best life?
Do you feel like you need a new perspective on eating and how to take care of yourself better?
Did you pick up some horrible habits during lockdown and need some help getting back on track?
I answered yes to all of the above. However, the reason I am hosting this is event is because since entering menopause, I have noticed that my body needs to be nourished differently and the way it stores energy has changed. So I am looking for a different approach to my eating patterns that will support these changes so that I can live my best life.
I have invited Shaun Waso, a nutrition coach, to come and talk to us about nutrition and how he took control of his life by learning to nourish himself better; learning to listen to his body and what it needs. His approach includes a daily interval fasting window and a low carbohydrate diet, so bring your questions along. There will be time after his talk for plenty of questions.

Shaun offers a 12-week program, which includes weekly support to keep you on track. If there are enough people interested, he can hold these weekly meetings in our studio — a space that we are all comfortable in.
