Restorative Yoga – A gentle journey of coming back to wholeness of body, mind and spirit.
We hold yoga poses (asanas) for up to 15 minutes. With the use of various props, the poses are held almost effortlessly. The only effort required on your part during this practice is to pay attention to your breath and become aware of any sensations or thoughts that may arise. When we allow our bodies to relax and rest, the mind can also consciously relax. Restorative yoga emphasises the meditative aspect of yoga.
I invite you to pause, find quiet within, and settle into deep relaxation. Using many props, restorative poses are held effortlessly, allowing you find deep rest and restoration.
