Restorative Yoga – A gentle journey coming back to wholeness of body, mind and spirit.
This is a two-hour restorative yoga class, designed for you to settle into deep relaxation and restoration, finding the quiet and stillness within you. Restorative yoga will improve your sleep, relax the body and mind, reduce stress and help regulate your nervous system.
Using props, restorative poses are held effortlessly, allowing you find deep rest and restoration and retune to your own unique frequency. Teresa will guide you through each set up of each pose and gently hold space for you through the process.
