Taking time to pause – An Introduction to SomaSensing

SomaSensing is the practice of healing yourself through your felt sense.
I spent over 20 years in the corporate IT industry where my greatest asset was my mind. With Yoga as my movement and spiritual practice, I managed to find some escape from the chaos in my mind and find a body-mind-spirit connection. But I was existing in survival mode.
Years later I discovered SomaSensing, a somatic movement practice that guides you to tune in to your felt sense in a way that allows movement to emerge from within. After a while, I realised that I was not learning new movements, but that my body was remembering how to move in a way that served me better – promoting suppleness and a sense of calm that I had only ever felt when immersed in nature.
Join me for a 3-hour workshop as an introduction to SomaSensing. We will explore feel-good movements to soothe, heal, nurture and revitalize you. Reconnect to the wholeness and resonance of nature’s design.
The workshop is not a quick fix, but an introduction to what could be the first step of a beautiful journey home.
