More about Creative Guiding: In a nurturing environment Karen
gently nudges and steers the art making. She draws on inspiration
from nature and its elements, stories, poetry and other stimuli. The
emphasis is on the experience of creating, developing and reflecting
through the artwork and not on the finished product. An invitation to
let go of expectations and be curious about whatever emerges.
Karen Nebe is an Ontological Coach, Creative Guide and a Leadership Embodiment Coach. She brings a
presence to her coaching that is both compassionate and encouraging. This in conjunction with her sensitivity to all
in a group creates an environment for all to explore and discover. Through conversations, guided art processes and
mindful body practices Karen encourages her clients to lead with curiosity, courage, compassion and creativity.
Teresa Rubé is a Hatha Yoga Teacher and SomaSensing™ practitioner. SomaSensing is a sensory and
intuitive way of moving. It allows for you to tune into the wisdom of your own body and find the quiet and calm
within. Teresa has a gentle way of guiding her clients through this restorative practice.
