The dream started as a studio for teaching Yoga, and grew into so much more. Three Little Birds Healing Centre is a space for gentle healing. It offers you a place to pause, and reconnect to yourself — physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The tranquil space encourages you to find quiet within and the therapists here offer a variety of options for you to find healing.
Our name originates from the Bob Marley song “Three Little Birds”, a tune with simple lyrics that resonated with me and became our family anthem when we experienced great loss.
“Don’t worry about a thing, cause every little thing is gonna be alright
This is my message to you.”

I have found my weekly yoga practice to be beneficial to both body and soul. Teresa competently guides you through a gentle, nurturing and mindful yoga session. My body is stronger and more flexible and each class allows you to slow down and reconnect with oneself. Teresa is encouraging and attentive to each and every person attending her classes.❤️ Highly recommendedChemarin Jade Rabe2023-06-05Whether you're just starting, or have been enjoying yoga for years, this is the perfect place to be. Through the space and the person, this studio has an unmatched welcoming energy! Teresa leads a lovely yoga class, one that prioritises each person's physical and mental well-being. Her somatic yoga guides your body through a thoughtful workout and eases your mind with a truly beautiful yoga nidra (which is always my favourite part.) Her classes are only the icing on a delicious cake worth of experiences to be had here. I encourage anyone to join for whatever resonates - you won't regret it!Wim Grapendaal2023-06-05Really enjoy my yoga classes. It was an incredibly transformative experience. During my stay, I was able to practice meditation, reflect on my life, and find inner peace and acceptance. It was a great opportunity to slow down and realign with myself. I felt so much more relaxed and focused after taking the time to breathe and be mindful. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone looking for a spiritual experience.Google rating score: 4.9 of 5, based on 31 reviews
